At Shoes For Crews Europe, we want to ensure your safety and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn footwear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
